TOKYO, April 2 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar traded in the upper 119 yen zone early Thursday in Tokyo, slightly lower from its overnight levels in New York.
At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 119.58-59 yen compared with 119.70-80 yen in New York and 119.89-90 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Wednesday.
The euro fetched 1.0769-0771 dollars and 128.78-80 yen against 1.0759-0769 dollars and 128.85-95 yen in New York and 1.0753-0754 dollars and 128.92-96 yen in Tokyo late Wednesday afternoon.
