BEIJING, March 24 (Xinhua) -- A plan for building pilot free trade zones (FTZs) in Guangdong, Tianjin and Fujian, and a plan for deepening reform and opening up in the Shanghai FTZ were approved at a Tuesday meeting of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee.
