KABUL, Jan. 5 (Xinhua) -- A power blast rocked eastern part of Afghan capital Kabul on Monday, injuring at least a dozen people, a security official said.
"Over a dozen people including three police were injured as a blast presumably a suicide attack rocked Pul-e-Charkhi road in eastern edge of Kabul city at around 01:30 p.m. local time today," the official told Xinhua at the site of the blast but declined to be identified, saying authorized officials would brief the media after completion of investigation.
