BEIJING, Dec. 21 (Xinhuanet) -- For the purpose of ensure the success of the 3 major projects, i.e. China international commodity exhibition and showroom centre, international Muslim Halal foodstuff producing base, and international light industry unit, we would work together with SM International Wholesale Center, the planning and execution proposal were made as follows:

Project 1 Hosting China international commodity exhibition and showroom successfully

A) International commodity exhibition and showroom centre would take the Leased Office Building (LOB) No 1#, LOB 2#, LOB 3# and LOB 4＃，a total of 4 blocks consists of exhibition hall(80,000 square meter approximately) to be used for commodity display purpose, attract and promote to all types of product sector from China investors.

B) China companies who take part in the exhibition are required to join the international trade union establish by China International Business Centre as a member.

C) The International Trade Union would gather the high end quality commodities from China top brand and well known manufacturers.

D For the first year, the companies would enjoy the benefit of the free rental for the display area.

E Malaysia China international business centre would responsible for the promotion and management on China International Commodity Exhibition and Showroom Centre. And also the custodian in handling the promotion programme to China would be Mr. Xia Baowen, the president of the board of China international business centre.

F PKFZ would be responsible for the partition and renovation for the space required and the maintenance of the exhibition and showroom centre.

G PKFZ would provide comprehensive package of service function and related facilities (such as Car park, warehouse, cafeteria, advertisement, voice facility and etc.)

The success of the hosting of China commodity exhibition and showroom centre will boost the development of both international Muslim Halal foodstuff park and international industry park, and this would contribute to decide a significant factor to turn PKFZ to a successful project or not.

Project No 2 Accelerate the development of international Muslim Halal foodstuff park

As a Muslim country, Malaysian Muslim Halal foodstuff received a high level and world-class recognition for its Muslim Halal food product. Malaysian government is also very concern and emphasis the development of Muslim foodstuff park, we need to utilize the market demand completely, there are policies setting up and support by the government, well developed facilities and other beneficial factors， positively to promote PKFZ’s international Muslim foodstuff park’s facilities and development.

China is our best beneficial advantage and key target of this project, according to the unofficial statistic, there are 65 large-scale Muslim foodstuff manufacturers in China, more than 170 manufacturers with middle-scale. All of these manufacturers were in a strong production line and equipped with relatively advanced production equipment and apparatus. Our major target is to attract these manufacturers come and invest in PKFZ and in order to drive the development of Malaysia’s Muslim industry. The achievement in the development of PKFZ’s Muslim foodstuff park will also spur / expedite the development and the facilities of PKFZ’s international light industry unit.

Project No 3 Positively promote the facilities and development of international light industry unit (LIU).

As a result of the success of the hosting of international commodity exhibition and showroom centre, it would attract the customers and purchasers / buyers from ASEAN countries, Middle east countries, and any other countries in the world to come to PKFZ to start their business and activities, as well the development of Muslim Halal food industry park will also attract a large number of international Muslim traders and their group to seek for the procurement / sourcing material and development.

PKFZ’s commercial brand and international status will be establish, alongside with the trends of PKFZ’s blooming developing, we will totally commence and positively expedite / stimulus the development and facilities of PKFZ’s light industry unit.

PKFZ has developed the complete infrastructure and facilities for its 512 international standard light industrial units and hundreds acre prepared land. To ensure the project’s success, the following steps should be adopt and comply.

1. Establish the industry park management committee

2. Establish the business development and promotion office.

3. Apply for particular fund from the government.

4. Offer a standardize and comprehensive incentive fixed by government to attract China investor in order to assure the investor’s confidence and to ensure the continuity of government policies.
