    KABUL, Jan. 15 (Xinhua) -- A rocket hit Afghan capital Kabul Friday night, wounding four civilians, an official who declined to be named told Xinhua.

    The rocket hit a road near the German Embassy in the city's diplomatic area, and one of the wounded was severely injured, the official added.
