UNITED NATIONS, Jan. 13 (Xinhua) -- UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon said Wednesday that the head and deputy head of the U.N. mission in Haiti, known as MINUSTAH, as well as many other U.N. staff members, are still "unaccounted for" in the wake of the devastating earthquake in Haiti.
