Ni Zhongyou wraps the wine jar for the sticky rice
inside to ferment to make yellow rice wine in Kebei Village in Qixian
Township of Shaoxing County, east China's Zhejiang Province, Jan. 10,
2010. Shaoxing is famous for yellow rice wine and the traditional wine
making craftsmanship is still preserved generation by generation in local
villages. Ni, a local villager of over 60 years old, learned to make local
