TOKYO, Dec. 30 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar hit a two-month high in the lower 92 yen zone Wednesday morning.

    At noon, the dollar fetched 92.13-17 yen versus Tuesday's 5 p.m. quotes of 91.95-92.05 yen in New York and 91.71-72 yen in Tokyo.

    The euro traded at 1.4311-4313 dollars and 131.86-88 yen against late Tuesday's quotes of 1.4348-4358 dollars and 132.07-17yen in New York and 1.4415-4416 dollars and 132.20-24 yen in Tokyo.
