ROME, Dec. 28 (Xinhua) -- Bayern Munich's Italian international Luca Toni says he is only willing to consider a move to AS Roma on Monday.

    The 2006 World Cup winner has been out of favor in Bayern undernew coach Louis van Gaal in the season.

    "I'll say it again, I won't consider any club apart from Roma," Toni was quoted as saying in the Corriere dello Sport on Monday.

    The 32-year-old wants regular starts to help him seek a place in Marcello Lippi's Italy squad for the 2010 World Cup.

    Earlier in the month, Bayern president Uli Hoeness said Toni could leave on a free transfer.
