BEIJING, Dec. 28 -- Expo preparation is also a process of legal study, Han Zhubin, chairman of China Law Society, told a forum Saturday.
Han told the Expo legal forum that studying legal issues cropping up from the preparation for the World Expo will have a positive effect on China legal system and can help improve the legal services for the World Expo.

Yuan Shuhong, deputy director general of State Council Legal Affairs Office; Yang Xiong, Shanghai executive vice mayor, member of the Organizing Committee of the World Expo 2010 Shanghai and executive deputy director of the Executive Committee of the World Expo 2010 Shanghai; Zhou Hanmin, deputy director of the World Expo 2010 Shanghai Executive Committee; Ying Yong, head of Shanghai Higher People's Court; Chen Xu, chief prosecutor of Shanghai Municipal People's Procuratorate; Wu Guangyu, chairman of Shanghai Law Society; Wang Zejian, professor from the Law School of Taiwan University and Hong Hao, director of the Bureau of Shanghai World Expo Coordination all spoke to the forum.
They discussed issues such as adopting legal systems to handle disputes, preparing Expo 2010 according the relevant laws, preparing Expo in the framework of the Convention on International Exhibitions and rules of the Bureau of International Expositions and providing strong legal support for Expo 2010.
