WELLINGTON, Dec. 28 (Xinhua) -- More than 600 competitors from 21 countries and regions have registered for the 15th International Unicycle World Championships which are set to open in Wellington on Monday.

    New Zealand's most accomplished unicyclist, Ken Looi, said New Zealand will look forward to winning medals in the street-riding, road event and mountain unicycling, the Radio New Zealand reported.

    The event will last until Jan. 5, 2010.
