TOKYO, Dec. 22 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar rises to seven-week high in the lower 91 yen range in Tokyo Tuesday morning.

    At noon, the dollar fetched 91.36-39 yen, up from 91.13-23 yen in New York and 90.45-48 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Monday.

    The euro traded at 1.4293-4296 dollars and 130.60-63 yen versus1.4270-4280 dollars and 130.14-24 yen in New York and 1.4322-4325 dollars and 129.57-61 yen in Tokyo late Monday.
