PARIS, Dec. 17 (Xinhua) -- The launch of French military observation satellite Helios 2B has to be delayed once again, an Arianespace official announced Thursday a few minutes after the scheduled liftoff time passed.
The liftoff was originally scheduled at around 1626 GMT Dec. 9 from the Kourou launch site of Arianespace in French Guiana, Southern America, but an "anomaly of the launcher" firstly postponed the launch to Dec. 17.
