Students of Xingan Experimental Elementary School are given a lesson of paper-cutting by their teacher Xu Ping (C) in Xingan County, east China's Jiangxi Province, Dec. 11, 2009. For the purpose of protecting folk arts, the government of Xingan County has set up local folk art courses such as paper-cutting, dragon lantern dance, bridal sedan chair dance and so on in the art lessons and physical education of local middle schools and elementary schools.
