GOYANG, South Korea, Nov. 22 (Xinhua) -- Olympic champion Liao Hui of China breezily claimed the snatch gold of the men's 69kg at the ongoing world weightlifting championships here on Sunday.

    The 22-year-old, who was crowned the same category at his first participation of Olympic Games last year in Beijing, lifted 160kg for the gold, beating Romania's Ninel Miculescu to the second place by five kilos.

    Armenia's Arakel Mirzoyan was the third after snatching 154kg, while France's Vencelas Dabaya-Tientcheu, the Olympic silver medallist in Beijing, was just the fifth with 149kg.
