Addressing the forum under the theme "political parties' social responsibilities in times of crisis," Chen Fengxiang, deputy head of the International Department, Central Committee of CPC, said that the CPC and the Chinese government have given top priority to ensuring economic growth by stimulating consumption, increasing investment.
Meanwhile China has continued economic restructuring and given full play to government's role in macro-economic regulation with due respect to the laws of market economy, he said.
