WASHINGTON, Nov. 15 (Xinhua) -- Philadelphia 76ers will be without their forward Marreese Speights for six to eight weeks.

    The NBA team said on Sunday that Speights suffered a torn medial collateral ligament in his left knee after he was injured in Saturday's game at Chicago.

    He had been averaging 13 points and 6.4 rebounds this season.
