TOKYO, Nov. 14 (Xinhua) -- "North Korea (DPRK) should return to the six-party talks and to nuclear nonproliferation," said visiting U.S. President Barack Obama in his speech on U.S. policy toward Asia Saturday in Tokyo.

    "For decades NK has chosen a path of confrontation and provocation. It should be clear where this road leads," he warned.
