BEIJING, Nov. 13 (Xinhua) -- Zhou Yongkang, a member of the Standing Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee Political Bureau will pay a good-will visit to Sudan andSouth Africa in the second half of this month.

    Zhou is invited by Sudan's National Congress Party and African National Congress of South Africa (ANC), said Li Jun, spokesman for the International Department of the CPC Central Committee.
