BEIJING, Nov. 5 (Xinhua) -- China has always advocated to utilize the outer space peacefully, and is opposed to weaponization and arms race there, said Foreign Ministry spokesman Ma Zhaoxu on Thursday.

    He told a regular press conference China's stance on this issue remains unchanged. "China has never and will not participate in any outer space arms race in any form," he said.
