Urgent: US requests WTO panel to rule on China raw materials restrictions

    WASHINGTON, Nov. 4 (Xinhua) --The United States requested the World Trade Organization (WTO) on Wednesday to establish a disputesettlement panel to rule on China's export restraints on raw materials.
