HONG KONG, Nov. 4 (Xinhua) -- The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) government has approved an additional grant of 1.41 million HK dollars (about 181,934 U.S. dollars) in aid to quake-hit Indonesia, according to the HKSAR government website Wednesday.

The grant, from the Disaster Relief Fund, would be given to the Cedar Fund to undertake a relief project for earthquake victims in Indonesia. It is another move after a disbursement of 4 million HK dollars (about 516,124 U.S. dollars) made last month for World Vision Hong Kong.

"To ensure that the money will be used for the designated purpose, the relief agency has been asked to submit an evaluation report and audited accounts on the use of the grant after the relief project has been completed," said a government spokesman.
