SANTIAGO, Oct. 29 (Xinhua) -- The Chilean soccer national team will have a friendly match with its Slovak counterpart on Nov. 17, as part of both teams' training for the World Cup of South Africa 2010, the Chilean Association of Professional Soccer (ANFP) said Thursday.
The match will be framed on the celebration of the "Freedom and Democracy Day" of Slovakia and will be hosted in Zilina city, Slovakia, 200km to Bratislava.
The Chilean team coached by Marcelo Bielsa will finish with this match its training tour in Europe, which will start in Kolon, Germany on Nov. 14.
This will be the second match between the Chilean and the Slovak soccer teams. The first one was during Valparaiso Cup 2000,when Slovakia defeated Chile 2-0.
Chile will start its training for the World Cup with a friendly match with Paraguay on Nov. 4 in Talcahuano city, Chile, some 600km south to Santiago.
