The 77-year-old longtime Jackson friend said she saw "Michael Jackson's This Is It" last week, but was sworn to secrecy until Monday.
The legendary actress tweeted 20 messages Monday afternoon, ending with her belief that, "This film should be nominated in every category conceivable."
It "cements forever Michael's genius in every aspect of creativity," said Taylor. She urged her fans to see it "again and again."
The movie "Michael Jackson's This Is It" is based on rehearsal footage shot while Jackson was preparing for his series of comeback concerts.
Jackson died in June at age 50, just before he was to begin a 50-concert run in London.
