BEIJING, Oct. 27 -- Parents of students of a primary school in Chengdu, capital of Sichuan province, are hailing the school's idea to reward their wards points in a video game if they did well in studies.

The school encourages the students to play happy farm, a popular online game, in which players are required to plant vegetables.

Students who improve their marks at schoolwork get a cabbage each time.

Parents said thanks to the unique idea, their children were really focusing on studies.
