BEIJING, Oct. 20 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Foreign Minister is to pay an official visit to the Philippines from Oct. 28 to 29, Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ma Zhaoxu said here Tuesday afternoon.

    Ma said at a regular press conference that Yang will visit the Philippines at the invitation of Philippino Secretary of Foreign Affairs Alberto Romulo.
