Thirty-two cases of A/H1N1 flu confirmed at a French School in Madagascar

    ANTANANARIVO, Oct. 14 (Xinhua) -- Thirty-two students from a French School in Madagascar's capital Antananarivo were infested by A/H1N1 influenza, a communiqu¨¦ from the school reported on Tuesday.

    Jean Marc Aubry, the senior education adviser of the school said in a statement on Tuesday that the flu was found and in development phase since Oct. 9. Aubry said in the statement that 14 others and two staff members of the school were isolated and waiting for the results of sampling.

    The communiqu¨¦ said that the families of affected students were isolated, while boarding students, sick or not, have received Tamiflu as a preventive measure.
