The report also called for launching another "100-day campaign," which was the "final charge for glorifying this year as a year of great changes" to the country and "a springboard from which to achieve greater success next year."

The report said that the DPRK was an ideological power and military power in this world and only needed to build the economicpower to achieve the goal of "great prosperous powerful nation."

The frog-jumping style campaign of boosting economy was seen asan effective way to build an economic power, it added.
