BEIJING, Sept. 13 (Xinhua) -- China's top legislator Wu Bangguo on Sunday returned to Beijing from an official goodwill American tour.

    The two-week-long visit took Wu, chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, to three American nations of Cuba, the Bahamas and the United States.
