BEIJING, Sept. 3 (Xinhua) -- Romanian Foreign Minister Cristian Diaconescu is to pay an official visit to China from Sept. 7-10, at the invitation of his Chinese counterpart Yang Jiechi, said Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Jiang Yu on Thursday.
