    BEIJING, Aug. 19 (Xinhuanet) -- What would a President Spears administration be like? Apparently, very tasty.

    Britney Spears appeared on David Letterman's "Late Show" Tuesday with a little black bathing suit and a red hibiscus in her hair, delivering a Top Ten list of ways the country would be different if she were president.

    The pop star claimed on the list: "Free pies for everybody!" And the top item on the list: "The media would pay attention to me and care about what I'm doing."

    For No. 10 on the list, Spears said she'd be "the first president since Nixon to wear eye shadow." Also on the list is "Costume changes between press conferences."
