RIO DE JANEIRO, July 30 (Xinhua) -- Brazil announced on Thursday two more deaths from A/H1N1 flu, raising the death toll to 64 in the country.

    According to the Brazilian health authorities, the two latest victims were from Sao Paulo Province in southeastern Brazil. One victim was a 38-year-old pregnant woman. Another was a 58-year-old man with heart problems and diabetes.

    Sao Paulo Province has the highest death toll in the country with 33 victims so far, followed by Rio Grande do Sul Province with 21.

    Schools in several places have either suspended classes or extended the winter vacations.

    Brazil's tourism is also hard hit by the flu.

    According to the government's report released last week, Brazil has a total of 1,566 confirmed cases of A/H1N1 flu. The local authorities said the actual figure is much higher.
