LIMA July 10 (Xinhua) -- A 25-year-old pregnant teacher died on Friday, becoming the fourth people in Peru who had died due to the A/H1N1 flu, Peruvian authorities reported.
The woman, who died on Friday morning, had 24 weeks of pregnancy and was hospitalized on Thursday at Maria Auxiliadora Hospital in San Juan de Miraflores district in Lima after having respiratory problems.
The Health Ministry and Education Ministry had taken medical tests among her colleagues and students from her school to check if there were any infections. Her daughter had also been isolated and taken medical exams.
