JAKARTA, July 3 (Xinhua) -- A shallow earthquake measuring 5.4 on the Richter scale rocked the easternmost of Indonesia on Friday evening, but there was no report of damage or casualties, the local Meteorology and Geophysics Agency said.

    The quake jolted at 20:27 Jakarta time (1327 GMT) with epicenter at 148 km southwest of Papua and 10 km in depth, the agency said.
