MADRID, May 26 (Xinhua) -- Spanish health authorities confirmed on Tuesday another case of A/H1N1 flu to make a total of 135 cases in the country, which continues being the most affected country by the pandemic of the H1N1 flu virus.
Of the 135 confirmed cases in Spain, 21 are militaries from the Engineers Academy of Hoyo de Manzanarez in Madrid, the Health Ministry said.
The ministry said that 78 militaries continue being isolated in Hoyo de Manzanares and 91 at El Ferral base in the province of Leon, due to the possibility of being infected with the virus.
From all the confirmed cases, only one is hospitalized in Castilla-Leon, northeast of Spain.
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), 12,954 people have been infected with the H1N1 flu virus in 46 countries.
WHO said of those infected, 80 died in Mexico, 10 in U.S., one in Canada and one in Costa Rica.
