TOKYO, May 26 (Xinhua) -- Two U.S. nationals who flew from Los Angeles to
Tokyo have been confirmed as infected with the A/H1N1 strain of influenza,
marking the latest cases of infection in Japan.
The two -- a father in his 30s and his son aged under 10 -- took a
Singapore Airlines flight that arrived at Narita International Airport near
Tokyo on Monday afternoon and have been admitted to a nearby hospital, according
to the Health, Labor and Welfare Ministry.
Ministry officials said 260 people were aboard the flight, of whom 34 were
