    JAKARTA, May 20 (Xinhua) -- An Indonesian Air Force Hercules, which crashed and burned in Magetan, East Java, on Wednesday morning, carried 98 passengers and 14 crews, the province military commander said.

    "I have received the report. The plane was piloted by First Marshal Harsono, (It) carried 98 passengers and 14 crews," Antara news agency quoted Maj. Gen. Suwarno, chief of East Java and Madura Military Command as saying.

    The plane C-130 Hercules Alpha 1325 was on its way from Halim Perdanakusuma Airport in Jakarta for Biak in Papua when it crashed only four kilometers from Iswahyudi Airport.

    Antara reported that at least 10 people were killed in the accident.
