BEIJING, April 30 (Xinhua) -- China denied Thursday visa restrictions on foreigners as part of the security campaign for the 60th founding anniversary of the People's Republic.

    The saying is "utterly groundless and irresponsible," Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Jiang Yu said at a regular press briefing when answering a reporter's question.
