BEIJING, March 11 (Xinhuanet) -- Octuplets mother Nadya Suleman revealed that first two of her octuplets would be coming home in a few days, U.S. media reported Wednesday.
Suleman, a 33-year-old single mother, said the
infants will be sent home in batches of two over a period of several days.
"Four of them are ready to come home now," once her
new home in La Habra, Calif., is ready for her massive brood, said Suleman,
adding, "They've been ready for days." But she is not sure which two will be the
first coming home.
According to the U.S. "People" magazine report on
Tuesday, Suleman's family is buying a four-bedroom house in Orange County,
California listed at over 500,000 dollars for the single mother and her 14
children, and the deal should close later this week.
The new home is almost twice as big as the Whittier
residence Suleman currently shares with her six older children and her mother,
Angela.
Officials at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center, where
the babies have been kept since their birth on Jan. 26, have been waiting to
inspect the octuplets' new home before agreeing to release them.
According to reports, the organization Angels In
Waiting will assist her in the care of her 14 children. Suleman admitted that
she is now eager to work with the organization though originally she declined
its offer.
