BEIJING, Feb. 16 -- Katie Holmes says her weight loss
is down to her hectic work schedule.

The 30-year-old actress - who recently starred in a
New York theatre production of "All My Sons" - claims long hours and a fast
metabolism are responsible for her slim shape.
Katie said of her Broadway stint: "My metabolism was
in full gear the whole time. I lose weight fast when I'm working so hard. It
doesn't matter how much I eat, I just get thin. It's not the worst problem in
the world to have though is it?"
Katie, who has a two-year-old daughter Suri with her
husband Tom Cruise, insists it is possible to balance a successful career with
having children.
She said: "I happen to be a woman who believes she
can have it all. But, we women can do an awful lot if we put our minds to it.
And not only that, we can have fun doing it! Even when it's crazy - which is
pretty much most of the time - it's fun. At least, that's been my experience."
While Katie - who shot to fame as Joey Potter in US
TV series 'Dawson's Creek' - loves leading a busy life, it has taken her time to
adjust to the pressures of fame and motherhood.
She said: "I'm not sure I always felt that way. I
guess I've had some coaxing along the way. But I definitely feel that way now.
It's a good combination for me and Tom - work and family, a healthy balance."
