Sepcial Report: Spring Festival Special 2009

    BEIJING, Jan. 21 -- The sixth annual Royal Temple fair in Liaoning Province's capital city of Shenyang opened Saturday.

    People can find traditional folk art, sugar coated figurines and paintings for the Chinese lunar new year.

    Temple fairs can be found throughout China in the weeks leading up to the Spring festival... some date back to the Liao Dynasty more than 1000 years ago.

    The 2009 Shenyang Temple fair will last until Feb. 1.
