    Many people might not be familiar with the names John Stevenson and Mark Osborne. But many people will know about their big screen production - "Kung Fu Panda". The flick swept the world in 2008 with a seamless combination of Kung Fu elements, and a Hollywood style of hilarity.

    The film centers on a panda named Po, who is a student of Kung Fu. When destiny calls, Po is chosen to carry out the tasks that will bring the fulfillment of an ancient prophecy. He is invited to join the inner world of Kung Fu, learning side by side with the legendary icons of the martial art - the Furious Five.

    "Kung Fu Panda" made its debut on the big screen in China right before the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics. The picture added fuel to the worldwide Kung Fu frenzy. But at the same time, it had many Chinese filmmakers pondering over how this comical fantasy tale set in China could have so seemingly effortlessly, blown its competition away.
