RIO DE JANEIRO, Jan. 3 (Xinhua) -- Brazil's Botafogo soccer club announced Saturday that its 22-year-old midfielder Maicosuel became the new owner of the highly coveted No. 10 jersey.

    The number in Botafogo formerly belonged to Lucio Falvio who recently joined Santos.

    "I know that I have a lot of responsibility here, especially since I replaced Lucio Flavio. He was idolized at Botafogo. I hope to be able to play good soccer here," Maicosuel said.
