Federal prosecutors said in New York court papers
Monday that Raffaello Follieri has agreed to pay restitution of 2 million
dollars to Toronto-based Dundee Realty Corp.
They say he has agreed to pay 813,000 dollars to
Yucaipa Corporate Initiatives Fund and 40,000 dollars to an Atlantic City
monsignor.
Follieri is serving 4 1/2 years in prison after
pleading guilty to cheating investors. Prosecutors say he falsely claimed
Vatican connections would let him buy church property cheap.
Follieri's lawyer did not immediately return a
telephone message seeking comment.
