    BEIJING, Oct. 6 (Xinhuanet)-- Disgraced Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. Chief Executive Richard Fuld, who presided over the Wall Street investment bank during its collapse in September, will testify at congressional hearing on Monday.

    The House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform wants to question Fuld on who should be blamed for Lehman's collapse and how the investment bank's failure contributed to the financial crisis that is threatening the global economy.
