BEIJING, Nov. 25 (Xinhua) -- Chinese State Councilor Meng Jianzhu is to pay official visits to Cambodia and Vietnam from Nov. 28 to Dec. 6, Foreign Ministry spokesman Qin Gang announced here on Tuesday.

    Meng, who is also Chinese Minister of Public Security, is making the visits at the invitations of Cambodian deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sar Kheng and Vietnamese Minister of Public Security Le Hong Anh.
