    BEIJING, Nov. 25 -- A meteorological scientific and technical knowledge activity was launched in Lhasa on the morning of Nov. 23 by Tibet Weather Bureau and Meteorology Academy.

    With 16 display boards in Tibetan and Chinese, staff have extended over 10,000 pieces of material to local citizens including warning signal of outburst meteorology disaster, defence guide, general knowledge of preventing from lightning and meteorological rules and laws.
