BEIJING, Nov. 21 (Xinhua) -- Han Qide, vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, China's top legislature, met here Friday with a delegation of the Slovakian National Council.

    The delegation is led by Speaker Pavol Paska.
