BELGRADE, Nov. 20 (Xinhua) -- Three German nationals have been arrested on suspicion of involvement into a blast last week in the Kosovo capital Pristina, Kosovo police said on Thursday.
The German citizens were suspected of throwing an explosive device in front of the International Civil Office building in Pristina on Nov. 14, Kosovo Radio and Television (RTK) reported, citing a Kosovo police statement.
Two of them have no diplomatic immunity and are visiting Kosovo privately, while the third allegedly has diplomatic immunity, RTK said, citing unofficial sources.
The police said the motives of the Nov. 14 blast, which injured no one but did cause material damage, were unknown and that an investigation was under way.
The International Civil Office in Pristina, which is headed by Dutch diplomat Pieter Feith, is part of the European Union mission in Kosovo.
