HANOI, Nov. 20 (Xinhua) -- Prime Minister Abbas El Fassi of the Kingdom of Morocco will pay a state visit to Vietnam from Nov. 23 to Nov. 26, the Vietnam News Agency reported here on Thursday, citing the source with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

    The visit is at the invitation of Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung.
